  1. How do Highlights Clubs work?

    Each club consists of a series of puzzle-based products for children with shipments delivered every 4 to 6 weeks:

    • In the case of Hidden Pictures Playground, Puzzlemania, Mathmania, and Puzzle Buzz you get 2 puzzle books in each shipment.
    • With Which Way USA you get 2 state puzzle books and 2 state maps in each shipment.
    • Top Secret Adventures brings you 1 kit per shipment consisting of a puzzle book, guidebook, jigsaw puzzle, 6 villain cards and case file.

    As each shipment arrives, you have 10 days to decide whether to keep it or return it to Highlights. You only pay for the shipments you keep. You can stay in the program as long as you like.

  2. Can I send this product as a gift to someone at a different address?

    Yes. When you order online you have the option of sending the shipments to a different address than your billing address. However, both addresses must be in the U.S. If you phone in your order, please specify that it is a gift order.

    At this time we can only bill and ship within the United States (including APO, FPO and U.S. Territories - any place that has a U.S. ZIP Code.)

  1. When will my first shipment arrive?

    You should receive your first shipment 4-6 weeks after your order is received by Highlights.

  2. How are shipments delivered?

    Shipments are delivered through the U.S. Mail in transparent packaging so you always know exactly what you are getting.

  3. What comes in each shipment?

    Puzzlemania: Two puzzle books per shipment.

    Mathmania: Two puzzle books per shipment.

    Which Way USA: Two state puzzle books and state maps per shipment.

    Top Secret Adventures: One puzzle book, country guidebook, jigsaw puzzle, case file and 6 villain cards per shipment.

    Hidden Pictures Playground: Two puzzle books per shipment.

  4. How often will shipments arrive?

    Your shipments should arrive every 4 to 6 weeks.

  7. How long will my club membership last?

    You may stay in a Highlights club as long as you like or until the program is complete. There is no minimum number of books to buy, and you may cancel at anytime.   2. How can I return a shipment?

    If the shipment is unopened, simply write "refused" on the package and put it in the mail. If the shipment has been opened, you can return it in an envelope, mailer or box and send it at the 4th class rate. Be sure to enclose your invoice if available, or your name, address and if possible, your account number so we can adjust your account. Highlights will reimburse you for postage at your request.   3. What if a shipment is damaged or missing?

    If any shipment is damaged or has not been received, please call our toll-free number to report it and request a replacement: (800) 962-3661.

  4. Can I make changes to my club membership?
